Short Notification
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will give out admit cards for the NTPC Exam 2025 just 4 days before the exam. Since the exam starts on 5 June 2025, you can download your admit card from 1 June 2025. To get it, go to the official website.
If you’ve applied for the exam, just visit the site and download your hall ticket. The exam will happen at many centers across India in May and June 2025.
Application Fee
- All candidates: You need to pay Rs. 500. If you appear in the 1st stage of the exam (CBT), you will get back Rs. 400 after removing bank charges.
- SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, Women, Transgender, Minorities, or Economically Backward Class (EBC): You pay Rs. 250, and it will be refunded (after bank charges) if you attend the 1st stage exam.
Note: EBC is not the same as OBC or EWS.
- Payment Method: You can pay online using internet banking, debit/credit cards, or UPI.
Only those who appear in the exam will get their fee refunded.

- Last Date : 27 October 2024 (until 11:59 PM)
- Fee after last date: 28 to 29 October 2024
- Correction Window: 30 October to 6 November 2024

- Admit Card Release: 1 June 2025 (4 days before the exam)
Age Limit
As on 1 Jan 2025
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 33 years
Your date of birth should be between:
- General/EWS: 2 Jan 1992 to 1 Jan 2007
- OBC: 2 Jan 1989 to 1 Jan 2007
- SC/ST: 2 Jan 1987 to 1 Jan 2007
(Extra age relaxation is given as per the rules.)
Education Needed
- You must have passed 12th class (10+2) or something equal to that.
- For Accounts Clerk or Junior Clerk posts, you must know how to type in English or Hindi on a computer.

How to Download Your RRB NTPC Admit Card 2025
Here’s how you can easily get your admit card:
- Visit official website.
- Look for the link to download the admit card.
- Type your registration number and password or date of birth. Enter the captcha code shown on the screen.
- Click Submit.
- Your admit card will appear. Download it and take a few printouts.
