If you applied for the Railway RRB Junior Engineer (JE) Recruitment, here’s something important. The Rescheduled Notice for the CBT 2 (Shift-2) Exam is now out. This exam is for those who applied earlier for 7,951 Junior Engineer posts.
The CBT 2 exam will now happen on 4 June 2025. If you filled out the form, you can visit the official RRB website and check the new notice.

Application Fee
- General / OBC / EWS: Rs. 500
- SC / ST / PH / All Women Candidates: Rs. 250
After you appear in Stage I, some of your fee is refunded:
- General: Rs. 400 back
- Others: Rs. 250 back
You can pay the fee online using debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking.
Age Limit (As on 1 January 2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 36 years
- Relaxation in age is given as per government rules.

How to Download RRB JE CBT 2 Answer Key 2025 – Easy Steps
Download the answer key by following these steps:
- First, go to the official Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) website.
- Look for the link that says Exam Responses and Objection Tracker and click on it.
- Now, log in using your Details, and the captcha code.
- Once you’re logged in, download the answer key.
- Check your answers and compare them to the official ones to calculate your score.
How to Raise an Objection on RRB JE CBT 2 Answer Key
If you see a wrong answer in the answer key, don’t worry — you can raise an objection. Just follow these steps:
- Go to the official RRB website.
- Click on the link that says: Answer Key: Raise Objection Form
- Pick the question(s) you think are marked wrong.
- Submit your objection online.
- Pay the small fee using any online payment method like card, UPI, or net banking.
- Your objection will be saved and you’ll be taken to the “Objection Summary” page.
