National Testing Agency NTA has released details for UGC NET June 2025 exam for Assistant Professors or Junior Research Fellowship JRF. Online form is out now. You can fill it from 16 April 2025 to 07 May 2025. But before applying make sure you check all the details like age, fees and if you are eligible.

- Start Date: 16 April 2025
- Last Date: 07 May 2025

- Exam Dates: 21 to 30 June 2025
- Admit Card: Will be available before the exam
Application Fee
- General: Rs. 1150
- EWS, OBC: Rs. 600
- SC, ST, PH: Rs. 325
You can pay the fee using a debit card, credit card, net banking, e-challan, wallet, or cash card.
Age Limit
- For JRF (Junior Research Fellowship): Up to 31 years
- For NET (Assistant Professor only): No age limit
Education Qualification
- If you have completed your post-graduate degree or are in the final year, and got at least 55% marks, you can apply.
- Even students with a 4-year bachelor’s degree are also allowed.
Exam Purpose
- This exam helps you become an Assistant Professor or get a JRF (Junior Research Fellowship).
- It is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
