NMRC Recruitment 2025: The Noida Metro Rail Corporation Limited (NMRC) invites interested and eligible candidates for the recruitment of Deputy General Manager (Operations) and Deputy General Manager (Rolling Stock) on a Deputation/Immediate Absorption/Direct Recruitment Basis. There are 02 available vacancies for the above-said opportunities. The upper age limit is 56 years to apply on Deputation basis and 45 years to apply on Immediate Absorption and Direct Recruitment. Deputy General Manager (Operations)
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Telecommunication/Electronics and Communication/Electrical and Electronics engineering from a Govt. recognized University/Institution.
Working experience after Qualification in concerned area in Govt. Sector (Private Sector Experience will not be considered) –
Candidate must possess 7 years’ Executive work experience. The candidate must possess experience in managing Operations and Maintenance Railway/Metro/RRTS, including experience in operations plan/procedures development, OCC/DCC/CC management/Operations training, train headway analysis, safety measures, station management etc.
Desirable Experience Work
Experience and exposure in planning, procurement and contract management etc.
Preference will be given to candidates possessing work experience in Metro Rail/Railways/RRTS etc.
Deputy General Manager (Rolling Stock)
Candidate should be holding Bachelor’s Equivalent Degree Electrical/Mechanical or in engineering from Govt. recognized university/institute.
Post qualification work experience in relevant field in Govt. Sector (Private Sector Experience will not be considered)
Candidate must possess 7 years’ Executive experience in Design, Management and Coordination with external consultant, site team and various system department for Rolling Stock Project Execution, Tendering and Execution, Testing and Commissioning of Rolling Stock, Maintenance of Rolling Stock in Depot etc.
Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in Metro Rail/Railways/RRTS etc.
Tenure for NMRC Recruitment 2025:
The engagement is through direct recruitment, absorption, immediate recruitment, or deputation. The following time limit shall be to the selected candidates for NMRC Recruitment 2025 –
For deputation, The initial deputation tenure will be for a tenure of 03 years, extendable further as per applicable rules based on requirement of NMRC.
Once joining on Direct Recruitment/Immediate Absorption, the employee will be required to serve a probation period according to Corporation Policy. A 03 months’ notice period will be needed to be served prior to resignation from the Corporation.
Selection Process for NMRC Recruitment 2025
Applicants will be selected for NMRC Recruitment 2025 on the basis of their performance on a written test and/or interview. Different dimensions of knowledge, skill, experience, aptitude, and physical ability would be assessed in the process of selection. Offline mode will be employed by NMRC for conducting the selection process only.
