Education Qualification
- Must have passed 10th with at least 55% marks
- Must have ITI certificate in one of these trades:
- Plumber
- Electrician
- Welder
- Mason
- Construction and Woodworking
- COPA (Computer Operator and Programming Assistant)
Age Limit
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Maximum age: 28 years (as of 6 June 2025)
- Age relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwD: 10 to 15 years
- Ex-servicemen: Service years + 3 years
How Will You Be Selected?
There are two steps to get this job:
- Trade Test: You will have to show your practical skills related to your trade. For example, if you are COPA trade, you will do computer operations.
- Written Exam: This can be either on paper (OMR) or on a computer.
- There will be 150 questions, and you will get 150 minutes to finish.
- The exam has three parts:
- Paper 1: Mental Ability Test (50 questions, 100 marks) – This is just qualifying.
- Paper 2 and Paper 3: Your scores here will decide your merit.
Salary Details
If you get selected, you will get salary according to the 7th Pay Commission Level-2:
- Basic pay: ₹19,900 per month
- Total salary with allowances can be about ₹45,000 per month
