Educational Qualifications
To apply you need degree and a valid GATE score from 2023, 2024 or 2025. Here’s what’s needed for each subject:

| Chemistry | Completed Master’s degree in Chemistry with at least 60 percent marks. SC and ST candidates need 50 percent marks. You should also have a valid GATE score. |
| Civil Engineering | Completed B.E. or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering with 60 percent marks. SC and ST candidates need 50 percent marks. A valid GATE score is also needed. |
| Computer Engineering | Completed B.E. or B.Tech degree in Computer Science or IT with 60 percent marks. SC and ST candidates need 50 percent marks. You also need a valid GATE score. |
| Electrical Engineering | Completed B.E. or B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering with 60 percent marks. SC and ST candidates need 50 percent marks. A valid GATE score is required. |
